Holiday Concert - The 2009 Harris Creek winter concert  will be a musical called A Season of Hope .   This will include second grade students and the third through fifth grade Eagle Chorus.  Second grade tracks 1 and 3 will perform on Monday November 23, 2009 and second grade tracks 2 and 4 will perform on Thursday December 3, 2009.   The Eagle Chorus will perform on BOTH November 23rd and December 3rd.  Both performances will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and last approximately 45 minutes. 
     This musical is a multicultural event.   The performance will be a Harris Creek news cast with news anchors Jackie Frost, Old Man Winter, and Carol Rudolph.   The news castors report on some of the ways kids at Harris Creek celebrate winter Holidays.   The children will perform music from the cultures represented.   The Harris Creek Elementary Chorus will also perform their winter concert.     This is a school community event.  If anyone has any traditional outfits from their culture or heritage, please wear them the night of the concert.  It will be neat to share your heritage with the Harris Creek family .  We hope that all of you will share this season with us.  We look forward to seeing you there!!!
