Kindergarten Orientation

Tracks 1 and 2     4:30 pm-5:30 pm

Tracks 3 and 4     6:00 pm-7:00 pm 

The purpose of the kindergarten orientation is to share information about the kindergarten program.  At this time, the teachers will share information about staggered entry. Each child will attend only 1 full day during the 1st week of school for staggered entry.  This staggered entry schedule is designed to compliment the kindergarten screening program and provide an orientation for your child.

Meet and Greet, Grades 1st-5th

July 5th

"Meet and Greet" for all tracks, Grades 1st-5th will be held on July 5th, between 5:00pm and 6:30 pm.  This is an informal event to find out who your child's teacher will be for the 2012-2013 school year.  If you are unable to attend, you may call the school on July 6th to get the teacher's name or wait until the first day of school.

 

 

 

 Kindergarten Registration Info

We are continuing to register Kindergarten students for the 2012-2013 school year.   If your child will be 5 years old by August 31, 2012, NOW is the time to register.  Additional information about Kindergarten Registration can be found at http://www.wcpss.net/kindergarten/.

2012 Harris Creek Talent Show 

When:  Thursday, June 21st
Time:  6:00 PM
Place:  Gym
Cost:  $1 per person at the door
 
IF you returned the permission slip and your child was selected for participation in the talent show, rehearsals are mandatory and very important to make sure the show is a big success.
 
Rehearsals are scheduled for:
Thursday, June 7th from 4-6 pm in the gym
Wednesday, June 14th from 4-6 pm in the gym
